100% assembly coded (highly optimised & short)

Note: this version save a grayscale only MPEG1 video (color support will be added soon)
About the speed: If you think how Amiga is slow for real-time MPEG compression, then you MUST try this program, because it can FASTER ENCODE MPEG1 video than other Amiga players (except RiVA :) PLAY.
(on 68060/50Mhz i got about 22-27FPS w. default (160x128) size)
